BF Wellbeing LLC is a grief coaching and emotional wellness practice owned and operated by Bethany Frankel. We offer 1-on-1 grief coaching, online courses, and resources designed to support your healing and empowerment.

— Course and program data — Enrollment details, progress, and any content you submit within online courses or programs
— Email and newsletter data — Your email address and engagement preferences when you subscribe to our list

— There is an imminent risk of harm to you or another person

Please note: BF Wellbeing LLC provides grief coaching, not licensed therapy. Coaching services are not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

— Payment & client management — HoneyBook, used for invoicing, contracts, and payments
— Scheduling — HoneyBook and Calendly, used for appointment booking and session management
— Email marketing — Flodesk, used to send newsletters and email communications
— Website analytics — Anonymized data such as page views and session duration
— Video conferencing — e.g., Zoom for virtual coaching sessions
